Beef, Mushroom and Red Wine Pot Pie
A classic slow cooked casserole topped with puff pastry. Also available as a casserole only. This is a retro style dish and is great with mash and peas, but if you want to be a little different, roast some carrot and parsnip batons in a little olive oil and seasoning while the pie is heating up in the oven.
