Smoked Fish Pie

Our recipe for a beloved classic kiwi dish, and much loved n\by our regular customers for well over a decade. Smoked fish pieces in a creamy white sauce with preserved lemon, a little spinach, parmesan and parsley topped with agria mashed potato. Excellent with a crispy green salad, or steamed greens.

Ingredients: Milk (37.9%), Potatoes (36.1%) [Potato], Trevally (14.4%) [Trevally (Fish), Salt, Sugar, Colour(150a, 160b), Woodsmoke], Cream (4.2%) (Milk), Corn Flour (2.3%) [Cornflour], Butter (1.8%) (Milk), Parmesan Cheese (1.4%) (Milk), Spinach (1.4%), Parsley (0.18%), Lemons (0.13%), Salt (0.04%), White Pepper (0.02%) [Pepper]
