A creamy chocolatey fudge with tangy freeze-dried plums and the nutty crunch of pistachios. This showstopper of a fudge will have everybody coming back for seconds, our kitchen staff struggle to keep their hands off the off-cuts! 

A perfect gift on its own or in addition to a glass jar preserve in one of our ribboned gift bags.
